YYT airport transfers
Where does my chauffeur meet me at YYT?
For arrivals, your chauffeur meets you inside the terminal near the baggage claim with a name sign, helps with luggage and walks you to the vehicle. Curbside pickup is available on request if you prefer to head straight out.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight number and adjust the pickup time automatically. Delays outside your control do not cost you the booking, and waiting time allowances are stated on your quote before you confirm.
How early should I be picked up for a departure?
For domestic departures from YYT we typically collect you 2 hours before scheduled departure, and 3 hours for connections through international hubs. We confirm the exact pickup time with your booking.
Do you cover hotels and towns outside St. John's?
Yes. We transfer to and from downtown St. John's hotels, Mount Pearl, Paradise, Torbay, Portugal Cove-St. Philip's, Conception Bay South and other Avalon communities. Longer runs are quoted as a fixed rate.
Can you handle groups, luggage or child seats?
Full-size SUVs seat larger parties with luggage, and multiple vehicles can be dispatched together for teams and crews. Child seats are available when requested in advance.
What is the cancellation policy for an airport transfer?
Cancel more than 12 hours before your scheduled pickup and prepaid service charges are refunded in full. Within 12 hours of pickup, or on a no-show, the scheduled service is charged in full. If your airline cancels your flight and we hear from you before the chauffeur is dispatched, we rebook the transfer at no additional transfer charge, subject to availability. Chauffeur and transfer terms are separate from our vehicle rental cancellation tiers.
Is the price fixed?
Airport transfers are quoted as a written fixed rate for the route, including meet-and-greet and reasonable wait time. No meter, no surge pricing.
