Bookings and quotations

  • All submissions through this website are requests, not confirmed bookings.
  • A booking is confirmed only after availability is verified, payment is completed, identity verification is passed, and the service agreement is signed.
  • Written confirmation from Executive Services is the only valid confirmation of a booking.
  • Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation and are subject to availability.

Eligibility and conduct

  • You must be of legal rental age and hold a valid driver's licence to rent a vehicle.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the service for unlawful purposes.
  • Executive Services may decline or cancel any booking where verification fails or terms are breached.

Policies that form part of these terms

  • Vehicle Rental Policy, Chauffeur & Transfer Policy, Payments & Deposits Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and Corporate & Tour Policy.
  • Where a signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement prevails for that booking.

Limitation of liability

  • Executive Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including missed flights or events, arising from delays outside our control.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Canadian law.

Governing law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Newfoundland and Labrador and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
