- 2. Get a written rate. Greeter, vehicle, wait-time allowance and total price confirmed before you commit.
- 3. Confirm. Pay or authorize securely online; your confirmation includes pickup timing and a direct contact number.
- 4. Travel day. We track the flight — on arrival the greeter is in position with the name board and the vehicle is staged; on departure you're dropped at the doors and walked to check-in.
