Can I pick up a rental car at St. John's International Airport (YYT)?
Yes. We arrange pickup and drop-off at YYT by prior arrangement. Your vehicle is delivered to the airport for your arrival time, and we monitor your flight so a delay does not cost you the booking.
Do you deliver rental vehicles in St. John's?

What deposit is required?
A refundable security deposit of CAD $300 is authorized on a credit card in the renter's name. It is released after the vehicle is returned in the same condition, subject to fuel, cleaning, tolls or fines as set out in your agreement.
Is there a kilometre limit?
Rentals include 300 km per calendar day. Additional kilometres are charged per kilometre and are itemised on your agreement, so there are no surprises when you return the vehicle.
What do I need to rent a car in Newfoundland?
A valid driver's licence and a credit card in the same name as the licence. Additional drivers must be approved in advance and meet the same requirements. Licence and card details are confirmed through a secure verification step.
How is billing calculated?
Rentals are billed in 24-hour cycles from the pickup time. Any part of a new 24-hour period starts another billable day, and your quote shows the exact number of service days before you commit.
What is the cancellation policy for a rental vehicle?
More than 72 hours before pickup: full refund of prepaid rental charges and any prepaid refundable deposit. 24 to 72 hours before pickup: a cancellation fee equal to one day's rental charge, with the remainder refunded. Less than 24 hours before pickup: 50% of the rental charges are non-refundable. If you do not appear or contact us within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup, the rental charges are non-refundable. Chauffeur-driven services follow a separate 12-hour policy.
