Ismail started Executive Services with one vehicle, one phone number, and a conviction that people in Newfoundland and Labrador deserve better than late pickups, vague pricing, and silence after they hand over their deposit. Years spent inside aviation — where a single delayed minute ripples across an entire journey — taught him that transportation is never really about cars. It is about the wedding you cannot be late for, the flight you cannot miss, the client you cannot keep waiting.

He has led more than 165 frontline officers and supervisors across nine airports, supported affordable-housing initiatives for seniors and vulnerable residents, and built every department of this company — reservations, dispatch, billing, claims, fleet operations, chauffeur services, and corporate mobility — from a blank page. That same standard of accountability is applied to every single booking, whether it is a one-day rental or a multi-vehicle corporate movement.
