- Credit cards in the primary renter's name, processed through a secure PCI-compliant processor.
- Corporate accounts may be invoiced on approved terms.
- Cash and prepaid or virtual cards are not accepted for rentals or deposits.

Payments, card authorization and deposits
Accepted payment methods, card authorization wording, the CAD $300 refundable security deposit, and additional charges.
Card authorization
- Executive Services does not store full card numbers, expiry dates, or CVV codes; only the processor transaction ID, card brand, last four digits, and cardholder name are retained.
- Before checkout you must accept the following authorization: “I authorize Executive Services to charge the payment method used for this reservation for any authorized amounts owing under the Rental Agreement, including approved extensions, fuel shortages, excess mileage, parking tickets, tolls, administrative fees, cleaning charges, damage, or other contractual charges.”
- Charges beyond the reserved amount are itemised and supported by documentation.
Security deposit
Refundable security deposit: CAD $300.
- Taken as a pre-authorization hold or a charge before the vehicle is released.
- Released after the vehicle is returned and inspected.
- May be partially or fully retained where contractual charges remain outstanding, with an itemised explanation.
Additional charges
- Delivery, airport access, one-way drop, chauffeur, and overtime fees where applicable.
- Excess kilometres, refuelling, cleaning or sanitation, tolls, and traffic fines with an administrative fee.
- All amounts are quoted in Canadian dollars and are exclusive of HST unless stated otherwise.
